Workshop Overview
Learning to deal with conflict effectively in an ever-changing business climate is a powerful tool for team leaders and managers. Conflict arises daily and can quickly escalate making the workplace unproductive, begrudging, and even hostile. The objective of this workshop is to provide expert-led content and activities designed to support business people and managers to resolve conflict and solve problems quickly, effectively, and methodically.
In this workshop, our expert instructor will cover conflict resolution in a six-step process designed to address conflict, practical strategies for dealing with difficult personalities, and effective problem-solving.

Instructor Experience
Instructors are MBA and/or Ph.D. level instructors with more than five years of business training experience.
Specifically, for this course, we use ColorCode personality science for student personality assessments.
